Didn't care for it here. After almost 2 years, Arun - operations and Kelly - HR fired me for some foolish thing. We were to spray down machines with alcohol each shift change and wipe them down. Some alcohol (which evaporates) ran down the machine and onto another guy's calendar hanging on the machine. He claimed I did it on purpose - whatever that means. Rubbing/cleaning alcohol evaporates so if something gets wet, it dries. I offered to buy him another but Kirk went to complain anyway. Apparently this led to me being dismissed. "Lack of teamwork" was the reason. Fired on a Thursday afternoon but picked up by their competitor Greenfield for a pay raise by noon Friday to start the following Monday. Just avoid the pettiness of this place and go elsewhere.
