Currently, the service is exceptional. Philip does a great job of spraying for bugs around the house. Although the netting previously installed continues to kill birds due to not being installed properly and we are still upset over Western's previous insistence on our paying for services that were never rendered. Initially refusing to schedule our regular service for nearly three months then raising the price when they started up again. Do not trust the services that are not listed as their regular services.

One of the best companies I worked with. Dan is the technician, who does my monthly service. He is excellent. Usually, if we are not happy with the job done by them, the techs, we are not happy with the company! Our house was badly infested by rats, we’ve lost so much; brand new appliances; six pieces of them, antique cars parked in the garage, because of chewed wires! This company got rid of the rats in 2-3 weeks! This was three years ago. I still have my monthly service with them and In between services if I have any problem, they’ll take care of it. He got rid of wasps, ants, even removed dead animal from my backyard. The prices are fair if the company does not increase them annually!
