I hate this dealer. The service department is terrible. We have been trying to buy our truck at lease end and they are unresponsive. Went in person, sent messages and have had to go to other dealers for help. Just horrible all around.

The service department is a total clown show. Waited 5 weeks for an appointment, then the car went untouched for 16 days while I got NO information about it. Many calls, messages with no return calls. You won’t get a person to pick up. I finally gave up and took the car back without repairs. Never, ever would I go there again. If the customer service side is that bad then the actual work can’t be trusted either.

If I could go negative stars I would. I purchased a car from out of state and was led to believe the car was clean and good shape. Upon delivery I could see it was mis-represented, but did not imagine how bad it was. I took it to a dealership in my state after getting it home and they informed me that the frame had been painted black, not undercoated. Also that the entire car had extreme hail damage, they showed me the top of the truck and it was in horrible shape. AFTER I put down the deposit they informed me there was just a few MINOR hail spots and that they would fix it. I should have known then as it was said AFTER I had asked numerous questions about condition and put a deposit down. There are much more scratches, rust, dents, and nicks then was disclosed or noticeable at the time. I have purchased many cars and I kept asking questions prior to arriving and got vague answers. I should have walked away but I flew in. It is really simple, I was ripped off and they knew what they were doing. Run, don't walk away. This is especially hard because I am a Ford fan and this dealership is not a good representation of the brand.

Weeks and weeks of having my car and calling non stop, leaving messages never getting called back. My car was supposed to be a half day job and they never called to say it would be longer and never return my calls or messages. Absolutely horrible customer service.
