A great trail with the trailhead in the shadow of I24. Perfect if passing through and you want to stretch the legs as it's an easy 3.3 miles with some good views. The trail is in good condition, but no facilities at the TH

Okay little hike, so much Highway noise you can hear the highway for pretty much the whole 3 miles lots of trash at the beginning of the trail once again from the highway

Nice wildlife area with weather worn limestone outcrops and view of the Tennessee River. Urban noise because it's close to the interstate. Be careful exploring because the leaves cover pits in the limestone.
