Yes! We sell to hobbyists, home owners, professionals contractors and more.
They can be sharpened but I always had someone else do it.
That depends on the brand of string trimmer. Most manufacturers have registration instructions available on their websites.

You can get better deals at a number of different places. Customer service is nonexistent.
