Went in to make copies. Fast and easy. Very helpful staff as well. Only reason for 4 stars is the plaza is crazy busy, parking can be difficult if you go around lunch time

They say they hold packages for five business days and if not picked up will send them back after the fifth business day. This would be a great service if it was true. However, what they meant is that they send it back on the fifth day and insist that on the fifth day is the same thing as after the fifth day. So when I left work early to pick up my package it had already been sent back. So I lost out on getting work done and the cherry on top was that the person behind the counter was so smug and condescending and refused to do anything to help. It’s possible that after they sent it back early there was nothing they could do, but truly the arrogant insistence that on the fifth day is the same as after the fifth day truly is what was galling. So if you have any other options, I strongly recommend you have packages held anywhere else but here.
