You can get better deals at a number of different places. Customer service is nonexistent.
Just have to stop in and go back to the counter. The staff is usually tied up with in person customers.
Your not gonna get a checkout person either. It's as if they don't want your money. The bemidji store is way better. People up there don't believe in real tools so anybody calling or in the store is attaked by vultures.

Still, this is the best place to buy tools, by far. If anything breaks while it's under warranty, they fix it in house, and give you a loaner so you can keep working while it's being repaired. Unlike home depot, where they want to ship your tools out of state, you won't have it back for 6-8 weeks, and sorry, you have to buy another one if you need it for work.
It's like Northern Tool, there's nobody waiting by the phone. Sometimes you have to let it ring 500 times. It's annoying.
