Full-time employees who work a minimum of 30 hours per week are eligible to participate in all employee benefits on the first day of the month following the 60-day orientation period. This includes health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, dental, paid time off, flexible spending accounts, paid holidays, and voluntary supplemental and vision benefits. There is no minimum hourly requirement for participation in the 401(k) plan. An employee becomes eligible after 3 months of employment and is at least the age of 21. NuAire will fully match the first 3% of an employee’s wages that they contribute toward their 401(k) plan and match half of the next 3% of their wages that they choose to invest. NuAire will not match employee contributions that exceed the first 6% of their wages.
