The pharmacy will call me to tell me my medication is ready for pick up, and then makes me wait another 30 minutes when I get here because it isn’t filled yet. Very unprofessional and clearly unqualified. I wouldn’t waste your time here, it’s been an absolute nightmare trying to get anything picked up at this store in general.

Store was clean and not a hassle. Apparently people must not be a fan of crop tops here from my assumption due to the way I was eyed up and down and glared at. That's not even what I was irritated with initially. My stop in the store was due to a travelling Cherinda, and not being prepped and ready for the monthly gift if you know what I mean. I had about 22 and some change in Walgreen's cash that I was planning to spend. I guess you can only do 5 dollar increments? And was only allowed 10. I was a bit lost since I just received the email with the balance. I then ask politely if I could use their restroom once we had finished the transaction. I was not upfront about my own personal emergency but no woman is , especially to a man. I was told nope. It's closed. We shut it down at 6 to clean it. What in the heck? Idk if it was my small shirt, cheery attitude or that I look a lot younger than I am, but I am sure it takes 15 min to clean a restroom let alone 4 hours. So if you are female, be sure to use this place before 6. And walk around like you are the most miserable human and you will get on just fine. My local Walgreens is about 25 steps ahead of this game so maybe this one should take notes.

I have filled prescriptions with Walgreens for years! Today when I scheduled an appointment online to get my Tdap booster. When I arrived they had no idea I had an appointment and seemed so inconvenienced when I showed them my confirmation number. After waiting for nearly 40 minutes after my appointment time, I was told that my insurance isn’t taken at Walgreens. The gal was rude, and I find it odd that all of a sudden my insurance doesn’t work there when I picked up a prescription A WEEK AGO! With no issues. Walgreens you have lost a life time customer for good. Thank you Rite Aid for showing your customers what a pharmacy should be. If I could give zero stars I would
