Loved the selection of items you can't find at chain stores. Staff was extremely helpful and wonderful to chat with. The ear drops we picked up for my pup has already helped him to feel better and he's not shaking his head or scratching at his ears!

I have been researching dog groomers for a while now. I came across this one and decided to chose it, due to the highly rated reviews. My dog has anxiety and going to a new place around new people triggers his anxiety. When I called to make an appointment, I explained how anxious my dog may be. She told me that they will use a muzzle on him during the grooming process, which I was thankful for. When I arrived to my 8am apt, the store looked closed. I figured the staff may have not arrived yet or something. So I walked my dog around the parking lot for about 5 minutes. I finally saw someone inside, she clearly saw me, but was on her phone, rather than greeting us and inviting us in. Once we were in the store, my dog became pretty anxious, which I figured would happen. The groomer didn’t even introduce herself to my pup or try and make him feel more at ease. She also said she cannot muzzle him until it is time for his haircut, because if it’s on while bathing him (in her words) “it’s pretty much water boarding dogs”. Very dramatic statement. I explained to her that he will not let her muzzle him, I would have to do it. She kept saying “nope, that is not what we can do” and continued to dismiss my concerns and anything else I had to say. When she took my pup in the back, literally 1-2 minutes later, she sent me a text saying that “ Sorry he won't even let me touch him. I'm just not able to safely bathe him with a muzzle on. I'll bring him back out.” She didn’t even give him a chance, she did not show any compassion for my pup and did not offer any type of apology. Even though this was a frustrating and disappointing situation, I still would not want my pup to be under care of anyone like that. I do not recommend this place. They are just there to get a paycheck, not give compassion for animals.

Jennifer was awesome! Gave Zeus a great bath and nail trim. He was a happy boy! Smells and looks great. Will definitely keep booking them.

Mya's never had a better groom, especially her backside which is now perfectly quaffed and has been hard to shape by groomers in the past. Really looking forward to seeing Katie again! Was a top-notch experience, from beginning to end - and loved finding her quality, organic food.

Masked, hand sanitizer. This store follows all safety protocols and does extra deep cleaning and sanitizing as well. Very safe store!
