Terrible Customer Service!!!..Teresa refused to return a modem when customer service told me they should know the policy and return the item.. She was extremely rude about it and lost a cell phone sale out of this..I didn’t just go there to return my modem but to sign up for cell service now I will continue with Verizon who has by far better customer service in Clermont.. Avoid This location

We had Spectrum internet services for 2 years. We recently moved from one rental to another, and in our new rental internet was included so we no longer needed our internet account with Spectrum. We have Spectrum mobile services (have for about 6 months now). My phones SIM card had stopped working, my phone isn't registering it. I can not call or receive texts because of this. My husband went to the Spectrum store and asked them for a new SIM card for my phone. (Which I know they do because they've done this for my husband in the past) The gentleman was so rude to him, and what he told him was they could not give me a new SIM card for my phone because we no longer have Spectrum Internet services. Yet we have a mobile account with them? But that doesn't matter apparently. Makes absolutely no sense. So now, I have to wait days for a new SIM card to come in the mail and until then, am unable to call, text or use data. We switched to Spectrum mobile because of the price tag, and honestly I regret it so much. Be weary when using their services....

My experience was exceptional with Seebert at this location. He spent quality time with me to handle my transition from Att to Spectrum. I tried originally to take care of it by phone and 10 days later I decided to do it directly in the store. The phone customer service was not as promising as they stated so I am glad I came to the store. I will be back to continue with my other transactions. This world needs more people like Seebert that care.

This is not monitored by Spectrum. You will need to call them directly. I would also suggest checking online forums for others having the same issue. You'll probably get a better answer over calling them!
