Take out. Apparently, there is no such thing as customer service. Please make sure that you are ready to be patient if you want an order. Being asked to get out of line and wait after driving to the window is unacceptable. People who work at windows need better training. Thankfully, the shift leader knows how to communicate.

Lady asked if we wanted cream in our Machiatto. I should've known it was going to be bad. We also ordered a birthday cake Signature latte and we recieved an ice coffee. No whip cream no sprinkles no nothing. We asked them to remake it and they gladly did but then it was overkill on the liquid sugar. The machiattos tasted like steamed milk. It was honestly a waste of money. One of the employees was leaving for the day and she heard me tell my husband that they asked if I wanted cream in my machiatto and she stopped me and said oh no they are going to make the wrong drink tell them they have to steam the milk. I just looked dumbfounded. We shouldn't have to tell the person who's making our coffee how to make a machiatto. They should know how to make it.

Spend 10 minutes waiting in front of the counter. Several people walked by and ignored me. 4 workers inside, noone said hello, ill be with you shortly anything. Left without buying anything. I understand you are busy but at least acknowledge people who are in front of you!

Another great location. Stocked well…had the donut holes I love. Also the staff is super friendly and attentive. Location was very clean, nicely lit and the wait was minimal.
