They're closing this store on August 29th, 2022. I'm not happy about this, now they are just 4 minutes away. I would have to drive 11 minutes to the next closes, or go to Walgreens across the street. They have always been helpful and friendly.

Mateo!!! Mateo is an awesome associate in this pharmacy!!! He always knows what’s going on and where to find you filled prescriptions. He is a wealth of knowledge, very helpful and no matter what time of the day, does it all with a pleasant attitude and smile! The pharmacist is also a very pleasant person and very helpful! She’ll come out from the pharmacy area and help you find what you need! There was also an older black lady that was helping out in the pharmacy but usually works up front. She was so helpful and thorough when I came to pick up several new prescriptions. There was a young girl with tattoos that was working the drive through that was getting agitated with the older black lady but Mateo came from the drop window and helped the black lady help me! Awesome team work! Those three, the pharmacist, the older lady and MATEO are such assets to this CVS!!!

How I wish we could fill our prescriptions somewhere else! This CVS in particular is the WORST. They are beyond slow and have horrible customer service. Was told yesterday evening that medication would be ready in 45 minutes. I didn’t make it back until this morning. It’s NOT ready. So I am sitting here (20 minutes so far) blocking the drive thru waiting for them to fill it!!! 4 people in there! I’ve had to tell them three times the name, DOB and name of medication.

Unfortunately, very understaffed. Calls go unanswered or take much too long before being picked up. Shortages of meds. I hope cvs management staffs up soon. The patient deserve better.
