By far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. For starters when my wife had mastitis they canceled my wife’s antibiotic instead of a partial fill or transferring it to a pharmacy that does have enough to fill it. Impossible to get them on the phone, you have to call customer service and ask them to transfer you. My doctor made a mistake on a prescription and instead of giving them a call they filled a 45 day prescription with 1 pill. Full of lazy employees. I switched to the Publix on HWY 50 and my prescription was ready in 10 mins. It’s insane how little these people care.

Very poor service for sending in website refill orders. It's like they don't care.

Best pharmacy ever. Melissa, Sami, and Christine have ALWAYS gone out of their way providing service that is always above and beyond anything expected. I can only give 5 stars here, but they all deserve at least 10 stars!

Two weeks ago I posted on how the pharmacy at kings ridge keeps messing up my wife prescriptions. She get a text about the amount and that they are ready for pickup. I get there and there ready alright trying to charge me for medication we have gotten there before for the pass year. It amazes me after a year you would think they would get it right. Always have to remind them to bill both insurances you would think they would know that by now. Not to mention not one time have I ever been told as a veteran thank you for your service it should be obvious with Tricare that I’m a Veteran. This will be my last time at this pharmacy as of today I will be changing pharmacies. Thanks Publix for a job NOT well done.
