We heard Ray had a team who did polyaspartic floors (similar to epoxy but better). When Ray came out to give us a quote and details about the process he was friendly and knowledgeable. He showed us photos of previous work and gave us multiple style and color choices. We originally chose "nightfall" but he cautioned us that other customers thought it was too dark and suggested we try "tuxedo" instead, a lighter version. On the first day Manny and his son came out and worked quickly and efficiently. We saw the chips and thought they might be too light but we went ahead anyway because we thought they would look darker after it was finished because of the photos he showed us. However, after the first day we realized that the "tuxedo" color was much too light than what we wanted. We asked both Ray and Manny what our options were and the only way to properly fix it was to scrape everything off and start over. We felt horrible to make them do extra work but we knew we wanted the darker color. We even offered to help pay Ray for the extra labor cost but he refused, saying that our happiness and his reputation was worth more than the money. He handled it professionally, not many people would be as gracious as he was. Manny and his son came out the next day and redid the floor - this time the color was perfect, they did a stellar job and we love it! We would highly recommend Ray and his team if you're looking to update your garage floor.
