A Great place for Residents, Although Management needs Re-evaluation ... Executive Director Needs to reevaluate her priorities; •Takes Breaks over a 1 1/2 weeks due to "being sick" (Caught shopping for hair dye supplies ) •Personally has stated that she turns off her Work Phone due to, "Being Annoyed by the Constant Ringing" . Memory Care Director IS NEVER AROUND; • Always jumps into other's meetings when residents need assistance, Likes to walk to other departments to tell them how to do their Job and unfortunately she's not a real manager of any sort. [Congratulations to the maintenance team and Med Techs for keeping it together when it comes to her - having pity and patience .] Business Director Constantly Fails at reaching Task Deadlines; •Requires Receptionist help with her work so she may meet her deadlines . •Constantly Brings outside issues into the work place that affect her ability to perform her job. !!!! Med Techs are Great ! Always doing more than they have to and still finishing strong . Keep it up ! Maintenance Team & Dining is Great, Always around and always doing their part ! Keep it up!!!! Wellness Director Is the Friendliest soul you will meet in that facility.

We moved my parents into the Madison in December 2020. I have been very pleased with the care and concern for my parents from the staff. The new Executive Director, Lauren is very understanding and caring to the residents and family of the residents. She always does her best to meet expectations with a big smile. She is very welcoming and delightul to work with. Ashley Alvarez is one of the best Sales Managers that I encountered in my quest to find an ALF for my parents. She stayed in touch monthly for the year prior. Due to Covid, we did not want to move them in to a facility until we were thru the worst of it. Ashley really cares and is always available. The care team, the attendants are wonderful and treat my mom with such compassion and love. She has aphasia, and they are so kind with her. Other ALF's would not take her due to her Aphasia. But Ashley said it is not a problem and it has not been. My only concern is that there has been some turnover recently and I do think the attendants and nursing staff should be paid more. They are the backbone of the Madison. Luckily my mom was not aware of the turnover, as most of the attendants she deals with have stayed. IF you are considering moving your parents in to the Madison, I would advise that you stay involved and communicate their needs to the management staff. They really do their best to meet the needs of the residents and families. I am so glad we moved my parents in to the Madison.

As a senior advocate, primarily working to help seniors find the best living community to help them THRIVE, I am always delighted to work Ashley and the staff at Madison at Clermont. It is comforting to know that our clients are treated with excellent care and respect as they become residents in Madison. The events the staff members host for the residents are creative and fun. The community is always active and the staff exerted the maximum effort to provide protection and normalcy - as much as possible - over the course of the last challenging year. This is a wonderful community.

Call them and schedule a visit. If it seems like a good match for your elder they will send a nurse to do an assessment.
