Had -10 with a reefer broken down risking a couple of hundred thousand cargo,called them for emrgency road call, mechanic called me back and all he kept talking about was payment and how i needed to pay upront and how it is sunday and he is doing me a favor by taking this call... Company policy he said,pay the bill before leaving the shop,Really??? I wonder what the state will think of this or what the FDA's policy is on having 40k pounds of meat being exposed like that after I report these guys.
