Went there for a morning appointment to draw blood and she pushed to needle into the muscle causing a soreness in the area for several days. I wouldn't be surprise if other visitors have experienced such poor quality control from their staff. They need better training.

Absolutely the worse horrible experience/service, you walk into a room with only two computers to check in, receptionist or who knows are behind a locked door, no one to talk to, no one to ask a question about what is going on, a room full of people waiting, walked in with an appointment 30 minutes earlier, people checking in after me got in before me somehow, appointments running as per a person who came out calling names almost 1 hr late, I never experience such a horrible unorganized office!

This has been my favorite quest by far. Two iPads for checkin, they called me back right on time for my appointment, the two phlebotomists were super nice, professional and good at what they do.
