Ultimate events did the linens, chairs and café lights for our wedding. I made arrangements with a sales rep who ended up not working there by the time my wedding came around. The company did not notify me and I was the one who had to reach out about details for my wedding day because my sales rep no longer worked there to arrange that with me. They were not able to honor my request for them to show up at a certain time. They arrived later than they told me, were not helpful when I called to ask an ETA, however when they did finally arrive, they did help me set up everything - which is the least they could do for nearly giving me, a nervous bride, a panic attack on my wedding day about nearly having to set up my own wedding in my wedding dress. Hence why I docked them a star. But other than that, they were easy to work with and had very reasonable pricing! Staff was great once they finally arrived.

Check your orders, I ordered 10 ivory drapes and got 2 white (luckily I checked, and they were able to replace them). It was kind service about ordering and will call. The atmosphere inside was intimidating and not very welcoming (even when I called the day before).
