I have an appointment for 1pm and I didn't get my car in until after 2pm. I consider myself as not a valued customer.

I would not go to this service provider without a knowledge of your vehicle, and a comfort with auto mechanics. Ultimately I felt pressured to get work that was mis-diagnosed, and could have cost me a large amount of money, if I was not able to find more information on my own. I went into Firestone Complete Auto Care for a oil change and tire rotation - $149. This is a high amount money for these services. Additionally, the service manager informed me that during my inspection, they found that my shocks were "leaking" and those services would cost in excess of $1,800. When pressed for details, the service manager informed me that the shocks were, not, in fact, leaking. Rather, the technician noticed additional wearing in the center of the tire which may "indicate" a leak. I took my vehicle home and inspected it myself - there was no leak. Rather my tires were had been over inflated this summer, and I was driving on over-filled tires, causing the wear. I am frustrated that the service manager chose to communicate a large dollar repair up-front, instead of investigating the issue and providing the full details. This screams of an up-sale opportunity for them. I will not be returning.

I wish I would of read some reviews about the horrible customer service before coming to this place. Was originally gonna go to discount tire to get my tpms sensors reprogrammed to my car (had done it there before on my old set of wheels) but sadly discount tire closed in Brooklyn Center. Went down to this tire shop thinking they would do it for me even if it was at a charge. But as soon as I walked in, I could tell that either the service advisor had a foreign object lodged up his rectal area or was just plain and simple a racist.... Told him what I needed and he said since I didn't buy the tires or had them mounted at that specific shop, that they would refuse to even touch my vehicle. Went down to tires plus today and they gladly programmed my tpms sensors in less than ten minutes! Funny thing is that they didn't even need to "touch my vehicle" because the machine you use is wireless and not only that they refused to charge me anything. Do yourself a favor and never step a foot into this shop.

Scheduled an oil change, but when I brought my truck in the guy with the sharp attitude said it would take an hour and a half. Zero chance I will be back
