Thank you Bratt Tree Company!!! Bratt immediately responded to our call from out-of-state about a large storm-damaged tree on the property line of our St Paul yard. Even though Bratt's priority was removing trees that had fallen on homes during the storms, they still came over with a crew and crane that same afternoon! Bratt removed the entire tree in just a few hours! We came home to happy neighbors and absolutely nothing left to clean up in our yard! WOW!!! I can highly recommend Bratt Tree Company! We were delighted with their expeditious, professional and careful work!!!

Field guys did a decent job 4 stars. Office help brought it down from 3 stars. Charged my credit card even though they said they just needed that as back up. We specified we would write a check when done since it needed to be paid for by and Estate. Guess they would rather pay credit card fees. Called several times during business hours and left my name and number with their live person messaging service. 4 days later still no return call. I was told by a friend to expect poor communication due to his experience also with Bratt Tree. He was accurate. Follow up: Owner No miscommunication on our part. We were very clear on how we would like to pay by check. Secretary didn't say that would be a problem and said your company just needed a Visa card as back up. Apparently in this case the customers wishes were not noted and/or ignored. If you needed payment the same day you finished for some reason that should have been made clear so I could have arranged to stop with the check. At least call and say hey were done come on down, see how it looks and bring the check.

We are very disappointed with the service we received from Bratt Tree. It took three visits for them to complete the job. The quote said, " 2 Pine (White) Pruning South of driveway next to removal clean up where top blew out." In one of the trees branches were still hanging over the neighbors garage and the other tree was hardly pruned at all. The quote said, " 3 Pine (White) Pruning Clearance North side of house. / Prune to clear house by 2-3 feet". They literally only pruned the trees on the house side. When we questioned it, they told us that is what the quote said. I have read multiple RFP's and never have heard of this before. When they came to prune the other side of the trees, they set up equipment in our neighbors yard without even asking them. They also left branches they pruned on our roof. Very unprofessional and sloppy work.  The photo below shows a branch from our pine tree almost touching our neighbors garage. Obviously the work was not done but they thought it was. We will not be using Bratt Tree Company again or recommending them to anyone. Update 8/22 After reading our review we received a phone call from Chelsea with Bratt Tree. Tried to call her back at least three times times, only to receive a voicemail telling me the mail box is full. Just another example of the unprofessional experience.

With surgical precision, Bratt removed a very large tree limb that had fallen on our garage. The crew took a lot of care to not damage the fence and were able to get the tree out of the garage ceiling without damaging our vehicle or anything else in the garage. They also surveyed the general health of the tree for us to make sure no other limbs were in danger of randomly falling. Their estimate was competitive and service was prompt. Thank you!
