This store had the worst consumer service! I am talking to people that have been in the store for 3 hours. Then I got another one that had a 2:00 appointment and was not called to desk till 2:45 pm. I got an employee saying they are having an hour meeting and they are all in the back. They only leave 2 employees to work a room full of people! Do you think this is the way to continue to treat your customers? Either get more help or training, cause this is not acceptable! People are all busy and need their phones and should not have this kind of wait time!

There's a tall black guy with a bald head and a beard that works at this Brunswick, Ga location with horrible customer service!!! I held my composure in the store but he wasn't even man enough to come out and apologize for forgetting about me and having me wait so long. He absolutely sucks!

This Verizon store was off the chain the guys at work they were very courteous they were very helpful and I got a good deal on the phone case which was hard to find in my area when that phone is very popular right now so yes it was a very lovely experience

There were lines going into the business but I don't think that is protocol anymore but I do know that you at least need a face mask & they say on their front door that social distancing is being practiced.

I just think you have to go to the store. That's going to be the only way you get any thing out of Verizon and the questions that you going to have and the answers you need you need to go in and talk to a live person face to face. Sometimes they put you in India and you can't understand nothing they say and it'd be a waste of time just saying so the best thing to do just go to the store and just talk to somebody sometimes it's a hassle but they always help me.
You going out of the country you need to contact customer service and they'll come up with the best plan I think Mexico falls under it can fall under unlimited North America
