Hands down is my Oasis. The staff are so attentive and the massage therapists are so attentive to your individualized needs each session. I visit about once a week and cannot say enough about the services. I am lucky enough to have Sam each week but have recommended the business and hear raves about each massage therapist. Cannot recommended hands down massage enough to anyone and everyone!

I have been to Hands down twice. Both times I have found improvement in my pain level. I have had severe back pain for the past year. I have tried other massage services and I left in greater pain. That would last for a few days. No matter how much I was say they were doing it too hard they would lighten up then go right back to hurting me. However at Hands down it is not like that. Victoria is very sensitive to my pain and I have not once had to tell her to lighten up. I leave feeling relaxed. and no days of trying to get over my massage. The building itself is a delightful beach themed setting. Your greeted with comfortable seating. Coffee, and a welcoming friendly staff. And the best part They except my insurance. I couldn't go if they did not take my insurance. So I highly recommend Hands Down Massage.
