Horrible place!!! Night shift Manager David was very racist and don’t know how to handle situations. Instead of deescalating and assessing the customer laying on the floor he began yelling at my husband while we were FaceTiming. My husband explained he was waiting for food and not involved so he can be on FaceTime with me. The manager continued to yell using vulgar and disrespectful language in a crowded lobby.My husband was told by a customer and employee that he couldn’t be there and repeatedly called names and suggested he leave or the cops will get involved. My husband went to the front desk and requested a refund. Never using this Pilot again. Not even for gas or rest stop.

$.05 per gallon for gas. Not sure about diesel. I use the Good Sam discount for filling up anything I'm driving.

Anyone can use showers. Pricing is usually around $USD12 per shower. If you have a co driver, it's usually ok to take turns with the same shower for the single fee, in which case you'd request an extra set of towels (usually no extra charge for that)
