Cleanest Bathrooms I’ve ever used at a travel plaza. Each bathroom has its own sink! Several locations to change a baby in the women’s restroom. Short sink for toddlers! Real Starbucks. Easy on/off highway.

Came in due to a flat tire... Usually TA and Petro will try to tell me the tire is not reparable and make me buy a new tire or two.... These guys are great, they fixed my flat, and I only had to pay a little over $50! It's refreshing to know there are some TA locations that don't take advantage of people!

Well...my first impression last night was 5 star it was so clean in the bathroom. This morning I went into shower and the guy working was useless and rude. Several people were waiting to shower but the key pad weren't working he not dealing with it well. Then suddenly this woman arrived like a night in shining armor yo save the situation. She was so kind & calm and got us all in showers, she had just arrived for her shift. I felt bad for her to have to deal with another employees lack of doing there job. Keypads not working & dirty showers from the previous shift. I had to ask her name because she is a 5 star employee. She said it was JESSICA. Well JESSICA should be the Manager of this TA . I then went out to the store to get coffee. Should have just left after the great experience with JESSICA. There were 2 young women working in the store. I just wanted coffee. Got coffee wanted French vanilla creamer. Dispenser wasn't working. I asked the girl that was doing nothing to look at she told me to push the handle.I thought "is she serious? " I told her I did , she said then it's empty. Smh. Then there was no sugar or napkins. I was the only person in the store. So out of 4 employees in the store and 1 customer this place needs a fixing. I give Jessica a 5 star and the rest of the place a 1 star.

I’d had a completely terrible week and went on a road trip to try to free my spirit. I was feeling downtrodden and needed a sanctuary. I came for the showers and laundry but I’m in awe of the kindness I was shown during my visit. Jessica is an angel!!! The showers were absolutely spotless, laundry area was clean with nice functioning machines. I feel renewed! Give Jessica a raise, she’s an absolute gem 💛 thanks again for your compassion today Edit: Forgot to mention the gentleman at the desk was courteous and friendly as well. Made it easy navigating.
