There is a long wait these days to get automobile problems attended to things went exactly as expected once a service appointment was made. We had to be up on warranty issues and had to get the service folks to do the necessary checking to ensure that we were not billed for what should not have happened to the car, but things were checked and handled appropriately once we raised the issue. Since we did not have to pay for the job, I will refrain from commenting on the price that was quoted initially---suffice it to say that it is necessary to shop around to ensure a fair price.

We strongly recommend appointments, especially for larger repairs, to avoid the risk of us getting overbooked and not able to get your repair done. Typically, we will have free slots in the next few days, and if it's an emergency we'll try get you taken care of as quickly as possible. We do take drop-ins, in which case we would suggest 1pm - 3pm as being your best bet to get in and out quickly.

You might want to go out and look at their available stock. Be sure to ask salesperson if there are other CRVs that could be shipped into whatever dealership you chose that matches your criteria.
Usually Honda sends you an appointment reminder of time, date, and type of service you have ordered via Email. You could also call into the service center to verify your appointment time, etc.
