Waited 15-20 minutes standing in line listening to cashier pretty much yell at people. This is the norm since I started using this location. Once I got to the desk I was told it would be $16.99 per injector for seals when they were less than $10 for the whole set online. I would not come to this location there is a high chance you’re given bad information, incorrect parts, and are likely over paying because the associate doesn’t care.

After driving all the way across town to get rotors and the system is wrong, they aren’t in stock. If you are into burning gas and time to NOT get what you need then this is your place. Never mine again, I wish there was a zero star option.

This has to be the worst parts store in Columbus, Ohio. I have had multiple problems with this store . They never have parts in stock that they show in inventory. I called today and had them look to see if they had a part in stock and the employee confirmed that they did . So after arriving at the store to pickup part after waiting in line for 20 minutes the 1 girl that was working didn't know anything about what was going on . I stated that I had already spoken with someone and part had already been pulled and now they can't find the part . What a circus 🎪
