Called to have warranty work completed (vehicle is still well under coverage). Was told because I did not buy the vehicle from them they will not do warranty work and I need to bring it to the dealer I purchased it at. I now have to drive over 2 hours each way for a repair when they are 10 min from me. Yes I bought it out of town, but you didn’t have the model/features I wanted. How can a dealership refuse warranty work when they are a franchise location? I am someone who gets new vehicles more often than most, and you have lost a customer for life in every market you operate in. I can only cross my fingers and hope you go bankrupt.
