I travel constantly for work, have stayed at literally hundreds of different hotels across the country and this place is an absolute joke!Stayed for two weeks,staff was rude, refrigerator did not cool, threw away a couple hundred in rotten groceries, found dirty syringes in the parkinglot, as well as being lied to by management and double charged on pet fees. DO NOT STAY HERE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE PETS OR KIDS!!! I would literally sleep in my truck before I even thought about staying at this place again.

Ideal location (quiet, good parking, good access to surrounding areas) Very friendly desk staff. Interacted with four employees total and all were pleasant and helpful. Very clean. Definitely will stay here again

I didn't feel safe at all. The lock on my door was messed with after cleaning. The door to my room was open when I entered, and I could not close it. The manager and the assistant manager instead of caring for my safety and security ordered me to pack then and leave. A reaction of unkindness and lack of empathy, certainly not a Christmas spirit. I was stunned at the angry tone of voice and command to leave. When management acts this way, it destroys business for owners. I spent two months and paid very expensive rate. If management in private businesses acts one sided and bigoted with guests, America has ethical and integrity crisis issue that is not reflection of friendly commerce with all.
