Shoutout Donna she was so helpful!!! I was tracking my package when it said that it was going to be returned to sender because the sender had forgotten to put my apartment number in the address label. I came here and Donna was so helpful and took down my information and promised to put the package on the supervisor's desk when the truck game back and give me a call when I could come get it. I was so worried based on the reviews and the fact that online it looked like it didn't qualify as a package I could intercept. Thank you Donna!!!!!!!!

I'm leaving a 1-star review because of my experience with renting the PO Boxes. I'm an independent college student who moves every year, so I need a "permanent address" I can put on forms and have mail sent to. It's a long, infuriating story, but after trying to renew the rent on my box since July, they still have everything screwed up. I gave them over $200 back in August to buy another year on it, and my mail is getting LOST still! My patience has ran out. I am going to have to find another way to receive mail. No student should have to worry about where their dang bills/packages/birthday cards are sent. Shame on these guys for handling this situation so poorly.

If you are a college student, run as fast as you can. The people here are so mean. Go to a different USPS please!!
