Staff was friendly. The lot is extremely small and you have to blind side back to get to the dock unless you back from off the street. Took about an hour or so to unload me but still not log I think they were short staff. My appointment was at 6am. I would have given more stars but that lot is super small and although i know how to blind side i just know its risky when you have a 76" sleeper.
