I reviewed the .gov website as well and do not see anything about horses here. Based off of previous times that I have been to Heritage Park to mountain bike,it does not look like there are any entrances to horse trails here. However, there are horse trails at Pandapas Pond which is just North of Heritage Park. The horses are not allowed around the perimeter of the pond itself at Pandapas, but they are permitted on the marked trails.
