I am got the run after attempting to move here for the second. Stephanie was a great manager and they made a horrible decision bringing this new staff. They got one new person working in the morning with no manager on site . I use to live here in the past and Stephanie include her staff was much organized. This new group give horrible customer service and lucky if they answered the phone. I would avoid this place at all cost and the new staff is horrible. The manager Glieeria need permission from Ardis Lawrence to complete a task. I was like you the manager and you should not need another coworker to complete a task. This place is horrible and went downhill. I would keep it moving and don't waste your time or money in this process

I have been living here for two years and dealing with the new management and new tenants that are moving in is not worth it. Management does not take your concerns seriously and the new crowd moving in are rude and ghetto.

This is a great community, but the management office team they don,t solve the problems you have in the appartment.

It takes nothing to be nice. Management is rude. And I mean really rude. You ask a simple questions it’s like you wronged them by asking any questions. This lady Ingrid is the worse. She turns her nose up at you and everything. Next the walls are thin so you can literally hear your neighbors phone vibrating. Mildew on the wall they just come and cover up and it just returns. If you are thinking about this place please think twice.
