Making fun of customers legimate concerns after they leave is unacceptable. There is no excuse for this behavior. Please don't question what I heard, they were very rude and inconsiderate of the young man's concerns. I have no reason to lie about the comments. Just apologize for the behavior and be mindful of customers in the waiting area.

Johnson (the pharmacist) is always helpful and courteous. He make feel like you are the most important person he helps. Of course all patrons are number 1 for him. He's always trying to make sure everyone gets and knows what is right for them. I've been using this pharmacy for a couple of years now and can't imagine going anywhere else.
