This was our first time there! The staff was very helpful specially the front cashier Maddy , she getting us registered and getting our tickets very professional and upstanding customer service I thought she was the Manager the way that she treat us. The space was clean and a lot of staff members around for questions or just watching over the kids. The only downside is there is no lockers or bigger storage area for jackets or purses. The little cubby area is great for kids, but little small for taking up 4 slots for my things and hers and having to tote around my purse. Otherwise we loved this and will for sure be back! This is a go to trampoline/ bowling / and go kart park for my family. Absolutely love coming here, there is plenty to keep kids entertained for a solid 2 hours or more. But more importantly, kids will be super tired afterwards. I mean think about it they have to basically jump to do all the activities here. Jumping takes a buttload more energy than walking so boom there you go! Jay W

The Nitro Zone is a neat concept with many appealing activities for various ages. Unfortunately, I will not choose to come back here because the employees that work the go karts and activity centers are rude and dangerous. They rough house and race around people and crash the go karts during your turn. One employee, completely unprovoked, told my son to F off while dangerously flying by him in the go kart. Finally, the facilities did not appear to be well-maintained, especially the Ninja courses, which were barely lit and whose inflatable “nets” were nearly deflated.

Nitro Zone helped me plan our company outing for our 50 employees. We are an automotive company, so go-karts was a must. Our entire experience was amazing. From check-in to leaving time, it really felt like we had the whole place to ourselves with the special treatment. Our group enjoyed the VIP area overlooking the track and had so much fun racing. The employees were amazing at dealing with all our track shenanigans. For our employees that didn't race, they had just as much fun challenging each other at the Ninja Warrior course and playing Dodge Ball on the trampoline court. And not to mention the food! Amazing choices and huge portions, everyone left full and happy. Thank you Ricardo and the team at Nitro Zone for helping us create such an amazing bonding experience.

Such a great time. Yes. The american ninja warrior course is not for children and i would be cautious to let my kids run around in there. They also have a trampoline park and a pretty crazy rope maze. Unbelievably fun for adults

You do not have to book a reservation. We welcome you to come to the park to purchase tickets for all out attractions.
Our ninja's all walk around and are more than happy to demonstrate any obstacle. However we currently don't have classes but that's a great idea! Thank you

Yes, it is appropriate for children. There are numerous activities for children to engage in to include the trampoline and bowling. I would just suggest that because the venue is quite large, the young children always remain supervised!

Ninja course? They have two separate courses: junior: no one taller than 56 inches allowed and the regular course is for those that are at least 56 inches
Believe it's about 45 for 3 sessions for 1 person. Last 8 mins each session, they also offer single sessions
