We ordered our smoothiez through the app. I got there 6 minutes past when they were "supposed" to be ready. They were literally runny, not iced. Watered down. I can barely taste the flavor. Also, the girl (acted like a manager, chip on her shoulder) didn't bother to smile. I get it that you don't want to be there, but please don't make me wish I wasn't there either. I have worked for smoothie king. It's relatively simple to make the smoothies right if you follow directions..

Been 3 times and still haven’t gotten a smoothie. I don’t know if it is just horrible luck or what, but the first time their system was down so they sent me away. The other two, it was during hours their sign says they are open but they just weren’t. I like smoothie kings in general, but this location seems to be very poorly managed and/or understaffed.
