Been going here since they opened and noticed things declining over the past year. Ice cream machine is broke One menu board is broke Only 2 sodas work in the soda machine. No ice tea No Bobby’s sauce. I asked for more Bobby’s sauce and I was told she had to refill it. She didn’t. The condiment section was an utter mess. I waited 25 min for a burger. Fries weren’t even edible. Soggy mess. Threw them away. What a disappointment.

I gave this place 5 stars 4 years ago. WOW has it gone down hill. Staff is grumpy and genuinely doesn't care - at all, register is broken (using square and phone instead), out of some soda's, didn't even bother to make tea... We were there for the lunch "rush" and all 7-8 of us in the whole place were amazed at how bad it is. Even with only that many people our orders took forever, fries were dripping grease and undercooked, meat portions were small, and one guy kept having to go back to get his order corrected. This used to be a good place for lunch. Not going back until there's a new sign on the building.
