Horrible place to live. Apartment wasn't cleaned before moving in, smelled of old curry, and was infested with roaches. The upstairs neighbor let their dog out to use the bathroom on their patio. This left a disgusting ammonia smell, along with what looked like a landfill outside. The water heater and furnaces are so out of code the gas company wont light the pilot lights for you. It took over a week to get their maintenance people to come light it for me, while they complained the entire time. Water pressure was horrible and water did not get warm. Needless to say I only stayed at the apartment 6 months of my year lease and ran as fast as I could when my lease was up.

Do not get an apartment here or EVEN try!!! These people at the leasing office especially the man name Mark will scam you out of your money and leave you owing hundreds of dollars when you never even been to the place nor live there. They deny majority of the people who apply and the property is so unorganized. but they have the nerve to charge you administrative fees but you don’t even you don’t even know what the administrative fees are for. they try to charge you crazy amounts of money before you’re even approved and then deny you and still expect you to come up with hundreds of money that you had no clue you had to pay. And then when you asked for the supporting documents on how you have to pay these fees they stop answering your call/ emails and send you to collections

For the price it can't be beat..I miss the old crowd due to the name change..very diverse area but a different kind of diverse so if you are use to more diversity then you will be in for a culture shock..don't wear anything too flashy for safety purposes..regular working families..very quiet..shower needs to be torn down I really hate the sliding door..terrible water pressure..Great weekend visit with a friend..not the best not the worst but everyone has been warned..
