Making the decision to choose spalding vue apartments was the best decision for my family and me, the first day we went looking for an apartment, the attention was incredible, all the people in the main office were very welcoming and treated us very well , when it was time to get to our new house, the apartment was very well organized and clean, so far, my family and I have not had any inconvenience and we are very happy.

I was searching for my 1st apartment after sharing for 5 years. I narrowed my choice to 2 complexes. After speaking with Stephanie, Spaulding Vue became my #1 CHOICE. STEPHANIE IS KIND, PATIENT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. SHE RETURNS PHONE CALLS ( IS VERY RARE) .YOU CAN ACTUALLY TELL THAT IT IS HER NATURAL NATURE THAT IS BEING UTILIZED. NOT FORGETTING THE OTHER STAFFS, THE OTHER YOUNG LADIES, WOULD ASK IF THEY CAN HELP, IF STEPHANIE IS BUSY. THEY WILL FORWARD YOUR MASSAGES. EVEN THE HEAD OF THE MAINTENANCE GREETS YOU. THAT IS AWESOME. IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE WHEN WORKERS ACTUALLY LOVE THEIR JOBS. MY APARTMENT APARTMENT EXCEEDS MY EXPECTATIONS AND FOR THE PRICE AND PEACEFUL LOCATION, IT IS A+. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX .

After recently moving here I cannot say much about the place itself as I haven’t even been here a week, even though so far Spalding View has been great. However, what has really stood out to me is Stephanie, who works in leasing. I just recently graduated college and getting my own apartment was overwhelming to think about, but she was so helpful and answered all of my questions, even as I was in another state finishing school. Having never seen the property before move in, she was very open and honest with me over the phone and email about the area and the complex. She is also very quick to respond. When we got to the property she was so friendly and excited to show us our new space and made check-in very stress free.
