Just did a tour, Jennifer was so great and helpful. We saw the renovated units, they were nice however there is no microwave which is standard these days (kinda surprised by that) and a bit pricey for not having that, was semi upgraded- would consider if it were reduced given the location as well.

I have lived at Willow Trail for five years. It's a nice place to call home we've been bought out three times, and renovation raises rent 400 dollars. Prices are sky high. Yet it's always peaceful, and quiet specially being by the highway (occasional earth shakes being located by a rock company). Maintenance is awesome, management tries, the community is safe, and people are friendly, renovations left and right. There's a "twice renovated pool", under-rated gym, mostly damp soccer field, and a dog park.
