If I could rate this pharmacy a zero I could've loved to do so! The staff is very rude and irresponsible. They are unwelcoming they roll their eyes as you speak and don't seem to pay attention to details regarding meds due dates for patients or what meds have been requested. I attended the pharmacy to pick up my husband's medicine at 5: 15 pm I walked out at 7:20 pm. they made me wait for the medicine I had told them is not due until the 30th of the month however one of the staff insisted I wait to get so I did. 40 minutes later I go up and ask if it's ready, this lady acts forgetful then the Pharmacist Matt steps in to yell at me to "go home and rest" as if they weren't the ones keeping me on hold waiting for them. The assistant he seemed to support seemed just fresh out of college or still doing her internship, she made beginner mistakes of not checking the patient history then work. He then states the medicine is not due until the date stated previously. I explained to him the situation he kept speaking loudly and yelling at me in a bad manner although it was his staff's mistake and their lack of attention to detail that led to this. I hope this pharmacy gets it together and learns how to do its job right. I am transferring to a further pharmacy than dealing with these rude staff, who have zero customer service experience!

This has got to be one of the filthiest CVS locations I been to. The pharmacy staff are extremely rude and incompetent. If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid this location unless you like rude staff in a filthy store.

This CVS spot is sizzling hot. It’s got a lot to drop a shop. The store has all the essentials you’ll need, and the staff working here are plenty friendly and willingly helpful when answering questions and/or providing directions. The employees here are also more than happy to offer deals and give thorough instructions around what’s applicable to your personal consumer experience.

Regarding the pharmacy - workers are generally very nice (thus 2 stars instead of 1), but wait times are horrible at almost every hour of the day. It's an extremely busy pharmacy, so they don't seem to have time to contact a customer if there's an issue or delay with prescription - you have to chase them down to follow up, which is time-consuming and frustrating. Always an extremely long, slow-moving line at the pharmacy, usually a 20 minute ordeal just to pick up a prescription. Would give anything for there to be an easier pharmacy close by.
