I recently leased a new car from Harr Toyota, and my experience was absolutely perfect. Derek, the manager was extremely helpful and courteous in getting the ball rolling on this process and securing the car for me before it was even delivered to the dealership. After it arrived, Sabrina, the product specialist, took over and led me through the volume of paperwork with an amazing amount of expertise and friendliness. She went above and beyond in every aspect of the process - picking me up at my home, guiding me through the necessary forms, securing my plates and registration, getting the car inspection sticker, and finally delivering it to me at home. Throughout all of this, she displayed a genuine warmth, good spirit, humor, and eagerness to help. Her patience level with all my questions was wonderful , and her excellent knowledge of my vehicle and willingness to share that knowledge was so helpful and much appreciated by me. Thanks to Derek and Sabrina my first time experience leasing a car was totally efficient and enjoyable. I highly recommend Harr Toyota and these two employees in particular. Oh yes, the car is wonderful too!!! :-)

I had such an amazing easy experience! Waited four months for this car, all I can say is Yahira my sales person helped me, kept me updated and when I got the car it was all worth it. Buying cars now is a pain, but she did a amazing job ordering the car and getting it to me. Would recommend Harr Toyota to everyone, they have made me a customer for life!

I showed up not intending to buy, but then my sales person was Sarah Wentworth and she was AWESOME. This was my first time buying a car myself and she made it so easy. I'm never come across a coupon for service at Harr but they did reduce my bill by $5.00 for a lengthy wait the first time. Be prepared to clean your car after maintenance, they will probably leave their seat liners, paper mats & tags in your car.
