Have used Ultra Wash 9 or 10 times; always very clean, reasonably priced, efficient machines (if you select hot, the water/dryer will be hot) and the front loaders clean very well. Card paying system, with reloading machine, is convenient. Only once did I see a washer out of order. There is a sink with paper towels available for use. I understand the lack of restroom being a minus. Overall, I give it 5 stars.

Best places to wash and dry. Only downside is bathroom not open last time I tried... if the reason for that is to avoid public use, may I suggest using our way card to unlock the bathroom? That's an idea

Top-loaders are $2.50 for a 40min 2-cycle wash (wash, spin, rinse, spin). The fill line is adjusted pretty low though. Front-loaders are $3.50 for 2x size, $4.50 for 3x size, $5.50 for 4x size, and $6.50 for 6x size, although the load size is pretty deceiving (top-load = 2x front-load). I think all front-loaders are 3-cycle (second rinse). Dryers are 25c for 6 minutes regardless of temperature setting. My two top-loads dried in one drier in 36 minutes on high heat setting, so only $1.50. There's no coin-op mac hines and new pay cards cost $2 for no good reason whatsoever, so that was pretty annoying. Wi-Fi was down too, so that was even more annoying. Overall, the facility was quite clean on a Tuesday.

Disappointed. After washing clothes I noticed some were missing so I went back to check. I called the main number he transferred me to women who cleans and she said she’s be there at 4:45 the next two days and I filled out there pink card they never contacted me with a yes or no. She said I could check the clothes they had but when I came nobody was there. And I tried calling the main number again and no one picks up. I know it’s my fault for not staying there as they were being washed but it doesn’t cost much to call me back on the pink slip or actually show up the time you said you would. I’m done coming here.
