Had to replace a buggy/dying phone. One of the Associates, Hillary, was an *enormous* help. In less than an hour she had me set up with a Pixel 6, got a new plan activated, and was more than kind the entire time. 10/10 would recommend, absolutely lovely visit.

Unfortunately had to change my review from 5 stars to 2 once I got my bill. I went in there to add a line for myself to my father's plan so we could split an account. While speaking with Patrick, I was adamant about not having auto-pay or paperless billing turned on (my father is old school and wants a paper bill in the mail.) He assured me over and over that this wouldn't be done. He quoted me a price of $45 per line with my father's military discount (before tax, etc.). Said that's great, that's within the budget we wanted. Once everything is set up he asks to scan my credit card. I ask why as the account is not supposed to have auto-pay turned on. He said something about just having a back up card on file and that it would NOT be charged. I believed him when I shouldn't have. Later I just happened to check my statement and there was a charge. Checked the bill and it was $52.50 per line(excluding tax)! Had to speak with ATT corporate to get these issues resolved. Initially I was impressed at how quickly I was able to get in and out of the store and how easy it was. Now I know why, because the setup was carelessly done. I was quoted the wrong price, had changes made to the account against my wishes, and was mislead on what my credit card was actually being used for.

Above & beyond. Gentleman spent time helping me to transfer data from my previous Verizon phone to at&t phone and set to factory settings. Then I was able to bring to Walmart to sell. I was able to get cover & protector for new phone and went back to at&t store where customer service lady put new cover and protector on my phone and helped me install mount in my car. Really cannot say enough good about their service to me.

There are third party broadband options but they are limited. Did you already move your directv service?
