After 16 years I've cancelled my business and personal accounts with Verizon wireless, extremely poor service for business customers and zero connection service for my devices. The West Springfield store helped all they could but there was no support from corporate to actually address problems. Terrible Customer Service!!!!

Couldn't get any good help or deals, compared to website. Website says "all" Verizon customers can get a free update, but the person in the store said I couldn't.

Mostly friendly (if inattentive) staff, with a clear corporate influence. The door guy would really rather you stayed home and conducted your business on the internet, and doesn't seem familiar with the concept of retail locations being able to provide clear or reputable information about the products sold there. The future is "look it up at home before you come in."
