Cari the manager there is very knowledgeable on helping our company (New Way to do Construction) on the repairs, and prep work for new homes. The New owners (Vineyards Management Group) are really fixing the place up and investing in the park. I would highly recommend this area to live.

We have been here for 7 years and when this new manager came in it was fine until she let someone move in to our trailer without our consent. Now she is charging us for stuff that is not in our lease including rent that was paid to her. Not worth the hassle to live here! Not only that the potholes are ridiculous!

I will send this to him ... I am his mom.. he is byhimself working 2 parks being manager and maintaince .. he is usually out and about in the park working or showing a home . If thats the case he isnt in the office to hear thr phone or check messages .. i will be happy to pass this to him in the morning . Sorry for typos not the best at text
We do not currently have any rent to own homes, but it might be a possible option down the road.

If you stop by the office we can go through some of the homes with you so homes will be coming available here soon and there is some for sale in the park by private owners we can give you all the information in the office we're open Tuesday through Friday 10 _6 and Saturday we are open 9_12
