Tammi and Jaye are amazing. We moved from California and we had never before bought a house. Tammi and Jaye made the process painless with their knowledge and their humor. They are ethical and trustworthy, which is hard to find in any business these days. Jaye used to be a contractor, so not only does she know everything about buying and selling properties, she also knows everything about building them. She walked us through our newly bought property for several hours to point out things (how to turn off the water and the gas, for example) and to make suggestions (when to change the HVAC filters and the smoke alarm batteries, etc). We are now settled in our new home, and we are over-the-moon. Thank you, Tammi and Jaye, for all of your help; patience; kindness; and humor along the way!!
