This clinic is broken. I’ve been a patient in good standing for years and at present they use a system that requires an app and even after getting in line you are subject to the shortage of nurses. They open the doors at 5:30 but sometimes don’t begin dosing until 5:45, like today. I work 5 minutes away from the clinic yet was still late for work and am at present in fear of losing my job. Something must be done.

This is one of the worst clinics I have ever had to guest dose at!! The staff is careless and lazy !!! I would definitely avoid it if at all possible!!!

Ive been with this group since 2003 when they were upstairs from subway across from duke hospital...it took me 7 yrs of having 100% clean ua's to reach 27 take homes...then i had 27 take homes for five more years...12 years...that is minimum 120 clean ua's straight...it was very stable then when zimrod was director...not the constant turn over of staff that has been the case since she moved on...my heart was broken when i was told there was thc in my ua a few yrs ago...I explained my doctor told me to try cbd cream on my leg injuries which btw did zero for pain relief but i was told my thc levels were so high off the charts high...i was confused and pleaded i had no record of using cannabis it was obviously false positive but my take homes went to one week and then when the next test showed lower thc but still enough so they had me come 3 times a week...finally they took all take homes and i had to again come each day...so for the next year i earned back take homes until i showed morphine and again i tried to plead i wont even accept morphine in the er let alone buy it illicitly but again i had to start over...so now its been 16 months and im at 13 take homes again and all a sudden im told fentanyl and thc in my ua...so i paid for a confirmation and now i wait...so theres a reason ive stayed with new seasons because i believe in long term relations and fighting through challenges...but now im worried because its happening again...so i would like management to look at the ua methadology closely...something is off...it will really be difficult to go through losing hard earned take homes again...ive been on methadone since 1999 and seen issues with strange ua results rarely but enough to warrant attention...im sorry my review was so long but honestly the ua issue is my only concern...ive stayed with this group and i hope they will give this attention....this is why 4 stars since its been great except this ua issue that began a few yrs ago...ty...charles Ok so i want to add to my initial review as its been a few months now and i can say this group really has worked out the kinks i spoke of...in fact the clinic is running like a cohesive and fun to be at place now...so i must applaud the staff for looking at the issues and smoothing them out...really my anxieties are gone and its become a family feeling kinda place now...great job y'all!!!

I went to this clinic for 7 months, the women that worked the window was very friendly, but really under staffed, have waited 30 to 40 minutes many times, when covid hit, they had no order in there no social distance, I have a extremely high anxiety mental health issues, when Ask for a little space I was rudely treated and the head of the clinic freaked out on me treated me as a child a threatened to not dose me, knowing I have these issues that day I couldn't handle going back and had to withdraw from a high dose don't go here

Yes they are. They are open from 8-10 today and regular hours tomorrow from 5:30-11
They don't accept Medicaid they've been working on it for a while but no luck
Marcus - Our regular guideline is that you pay for each day. If you are unable to pay for a day you will need to speak to the program director and he/she will advise you on what options are available to you.
Yes I'm one of the dosing nurse but it's a wait and a process
20 a day for now
I guess you could call it outpatient, but you have to go everyday. They do take medicaid and provide Suboxone and methadone.
After a long fought battle including petitions to congress they now accept medicare which btw covers dosing costs 100%!!!...yeh i paid my 3-400$ a month for some 12 years but then all a sudden my counselor starting saying medicare will be covering you soon...and yes lo and behold its now been more than a year i have not paid a cent for dosing...medicare to be specific...so i suggest if you just have medicaid as i once did meet with a case worker to help you reclassify to medicare...its awesome!
