they have rent to own not in place best shape its 575 with lot rent and trailer about 1-2000 depending to own
Lot rent is 375.00 plus electric and gas. You can rent 2 own
We have an on site manager who handles everything. She's awesome!
Not any at the time from last heard but that was a coupl weeks ago could check to see if its changed i do know under new management
