I really liked living at Hermitage Hills. The complex is very spacious and the buildings are not on top of each other. The grounds and buildings are well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. I was in the "Ranch" 2/2/2.5 floor plan and it was very roomy with new carpeting and was freshly painted. Friendly neighbors. Great experience.

Extremely overpriced and not worth the money. Leasing agent and property manager were very unorganized and somewhat rude. Decided to rent elsewhere.

Lived here for awhile now and referred a friend who also lives here. Anyone who complains hasn't looked around. This is the best place for the money as far as maintenance, staff, cleanliness, service, security, and amenities. I just wish I had updated appliances but I'm very happy here.

I've been living here for 9 months now with no problems. I have had little interaction with the staff, however when I do, they are friendly and accommodating. The living room and bedroom closet are both huge. Lots of storage. My bathtub drain once leaked into the apartment below me, and they promptly fixed it within a day. Everything was very clean when I moved in; the carpets and the blinds looked fresh. I rarely hear any of my neighbors. My only complaint would be the birds that have built a massive nest in the gutters outside of my windows, but that is not the apartment's fault :)
